This is the second time I've placed an order online for a Somerset delivery and yet again I've found the service and most importantly, the quality of the meat 5 starts. Due to Nicholson's not having some items in stock for Xmas delivery just gone i ventured over to the dark side and tried another online meat supplier....Big mistake, just under £200 worth of meat, all very poor quality and some thrown away before cooking! Cannot recommend Nicholson's enough.

Great local butcher, fantastic display with excellent quality produce. Pies, if like pork pies then this is the place, the best I have ever had. He sells out regularly which speaks for itself.

Ryan is probably the best butcher in the area. He really cares for his customers. The shop itself couldn't be cleaner, truly nice person, a good butcher selling extremely good produce

Excellent meat products, fabulous variety, lovely friendly and informative butchers. Well worth making a 5 minute trip out of the centre of town, you won't be disappointed
