A whole Fillet of prime Pendle Beef, which is matured for a minimum of 21 days. It can be cut into steaks or used to make a Beef Wellington.

Cooking Instructions

Roast in the oven until cooked to your own preference. Alternatively, slice into steaks ans sear in a red hot pan.
