Braising Steak

Lean slices of Braising Steak that should be braised slowly to achieve maximum tenderness.
  • From fully matured Pendle Beef
  • Ideal for use in a slow cooker
  • Minimum cooking effort needed

Cooking Instructions
Simply place in a roasting tin and add enough water to coat. Cover in foil and cook slowly at a low temperature for a minimum of 3.5 hous. The steak should break apart easily when cooked.
Serving Suggestion
Use the juices to make a gravy and serve on top of mashed potato.
