If you prefer a thicker steak, we suggest that you select the heavier weight option.


Cooking Instructions

Coat in oilve oil and season with sea salt and black pepper. Sear in a red hot pan until cooked to your prefernce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with homemade chips, pan-fried mushrooms and onion rings.
