In our opinion, this is the tastiest steak available.
  • Fully matured Pendle Beef
  • Expertly butchered
  • Juicy and full of fabulous flavour!
If you prefer a thicker steak, we advise that you select the heavier weight option.

Cooking Instructions
Coat in olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper. Sear in a red hot pan until cooked to your own preference.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a generous portion of salad and minted new potatoes. Lovely.
