A boneless selection of poultry and game birds, layered with a traditional sage & onion sausage meat stuffing (gluten free) and tied back to resemble the original bird. 

Wrapped in streaky bacon and garnished with orange slices and fresh rosemary.

Cooking Instructions

Cooking times vary depending on the weight ordered. Would need to be roasted. Ideally use a digital thermometer to ensure a minimum core temperature of 75oc.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted potatoes, vegetables and gravy.
