Can I freeze Nicholson’s Butchers’ meat?

Yes.  All of our meat is fresh unless otherwise stated on the website or on the product packaging.   If you do intend to freeze our products, please freeze immediately and use within three months.  Once defrosted use within 24 hours.


How will my products be labelled?

Each product will arrive clearly labelled with its description and use by date.


What is the shelf life of Nicholson’s Butchers’ meat?

The minimum shelf life of all our fresh Beef, Lamb and Pork is five days.  Fresh poultry has a shelf life of three days.  Please store all fresh produce in the fridge at below 5oc.
