What is you cancellation policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations.  Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the full order amount will be charged.


What is your returns policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will endeavour to resolve the problem.
