The 30 pork pies I brought down to south Wales were well received. All who tried (12) said they were the best they had ever eaten. You will no doubt get more orders before long.

Thank you for a beautiful joint of rolled rump, my husband cooked it for me for a valentine romantic dinner, however he did have instructions from me. In my opinion the way to achieve perfection; choose this fantastic butcher, roll the joint in a flour (with a little mustard powder and S&P added to the flour) cook uncovered in a hot oven 250degC for 20 minutes then turn down to 200deg C for 15 minutes a pound. It was fab served with horse raddish mash, roasties & roast parsnips which were finished off in the meat juices, & baby veggies. slice the meat very thin and drizzle with olive oil (very Italian) So fantastic. Ordered online for the first time this Christmas. Little nervous but needn't have worried. Our roast arrived bang on time and tasted DELICIOUS! The price, even with delivery, was very competitive with our local suppliers so would not hesitate to order again. Thank you.
