We would like to thank Nicholson's butchers for the delicious tray pies we bought for our son's first birthday party. Not only were they delicious, the service was brilliant too. Any question I asked were answered promptly and they even delivered in the extremely snowy weather we have just had. Thank you so much. Glad we have got some extra pie left over to have for our tea one night.
We ordered a selection party tray pies for my mother's 60th birthday party which we were hosting at home. We decided upon steak, mince and onion, meat and potato and cheese and onion varieties.
These were exceptional value for money and provided a generous 8 delicious servings per pie. Everyone who attended the party raved about the quality and taste of these pies and wanted to know where we got them from. They were delicious and tasty, proper home cooked pastry busting with yummy fillings.

Just got a parcel from you with 15 pork pie inside, all in perfect condition, so bagged all except one and put them straight in my freezer, but kept one to eat. It was the Lancashire pie, pork, black pudding and Apple. As soon as I had sliced it in half I was impressed with what I saw, no jelly, 2 thirds of lovely firm pink sausage meat, with the topping in the final third of black pudding and apple slices. When I then tasted it, it was delicious, the pork meat firm and tasty and joined with the generous topping took me up to another level of scruptioness. Had never had a pork pie like that before, and have three other toppings to try. So have a lot to look forward too. I will never buy a store bought pork pie again, and once my friends and I have finished what's in the freezer, will definitely send for more, so thank you Nicholson for elevating the humble pork pie to a higher plain, Alan Marston-Gill.
Thank you for an excellent three bird roast and other goodies. We had a early Christmas meal with friends last Sunday. The earlybird took all the hassle out of the preparation and made carving up very simple.
We had family over yesterday and celebrated an early (additional)
Christmas dinner. I cannot praise the four bird roast highly enough.
We have had these before from various outlets but were always
disappointed. Yours was spectacular and we shall definitely be back.
We also loved the venison and red wine pie. Looking forward to the
turkey and gammon now. Once again thank you for making our meal perfect.
